K.C. was arrested and charged with forcible rape and forcible oral copulation. He spent four months in jail awaiting trial. We investigated the case and prepared it for trial. After a five day trial, K.C. was found not guilty of all charges.

A.B. was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with means likely to cause great bodily injury. After investigation and careful preparation we convinced the judge at the preliminary hearing to dismiss one count and reduce the other to a misdemeanor.  Following the preliminary hearing we provided our investigation reports to the prosecutor, who decided to dismiss the case against A.B.

S.T. was bitten by his neighbor’s pitbull. Initially, the neighbor denied he even owned a dog.  He later changed his story to say the dog belonged to a visiting friend. After we were hired, we investigated the case and prepared it for trial. We were able to get S.T. $60,000 for his injuries.

J.H. was arrested for being under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, and evading arrest. After trial, her family stated, “I would like to thank you on behalf of our family for your work and diligence in preparing for and presenting [J.H.’s] defense this past week. Excellent job.”

C.W. hired our firm the day before her child custody trial was scheduled to begin. After a five day trial, the judge ruled for C.W. on every issue and she retained custody of her children.
